It's perfect for someone who loves wandering through vibrant spots and soaking in park views. While everything was generally great, i did experience a room issue upon check-in, but the staff was very accommodating in resolving it quickly.

Wonderful fairly clean hotel with very very nice staff who made the stay a delightful experience. Nice building, marvellous and beautiful location not far from the ocean, many shops and restaurants and the airport. A wide array of food options relatively close to the venue. Modern rooms, a newly renovated bathroom. A wide array of goodies for breakfast👌

Really enjoyed our well furnished and air-conditioned rooms.

the location was perfect and exceptionally nice, for example, poipu beach was relatively near the hotel. the staff were very amiable and excellent, ready to any request.

Fine beach access, beautiful garden views, varied pool experiences

Room cleanliness issues definitely need addressing!!! The check-in process was quite slow during peak hours. It would be nice if late check-out options were more flexible!!!

Short, sweet, and to the point

The King Studio wasnice and neat, with a well-stocked kitchen and great amenities like a dishwasher and laundry. Location is perfect, just a short drive from Poipu Beach and other attractions. Friendly staff was great, though late dining options could be improved.

We had such a great time with the beachfront pool and really enjoyed the Ukulele class! Just wished the dining options were a bit more varied.

We had a lovely stay with cooking facilities in our room, made meal prep easy, and we enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful beach on the hotel. The outdoor swimming pool and the hot tub were perfect spots for unwinding after a day of fun. Just a heads up, our checkout time was a bit early at 10 AM, but overall, we had a great experience 🌴

Very nice location with direct beach access. The hot tub and pool were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of activities like yoga and hula dancing. The amenities were excellent, with spacious, well-appointed rooms that catered to all needs. On the downside, there were no specified pet-friendly options, and service times could be a bit slow during peak hours. The complimentary courtesy room for freshening up before my late flight was a nice touch.

good stay, but not perfect

The check-in process was seamless, made arriving easy. The staff was approachable and attentive, we felt welcome throughout our stay. The King Studio with a garden view provided a tranquil setting, with lush greenery visible from the balcony that added to our relaxation.

It is a bit inconvenient having to walk to the main pool from the villas, which could be a hassle for some guests.

Our stay at Sheraton in Koloa was fantastic! We enjoyed a well-equipped villa with a washing machine and stocked kitchen, perfect for our needs. the convenient location near Poipu Beach and shops was ideal, offering stunning sunset views by the fire pits. the nearby encounters with monk seals were a special touch, making our stay memorable. the friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and enjoyable activities like lei-making and hula dancing added extra charm to our experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stunning grounds and beautiful beach. The variety of activities, like morning yoga and lei making, added a fun touch to my solo traveler experience. I particularly appreciated being allowed to use the amenities after check-out, which made my day before flying much more enjoyable. I was disappointed that being located in the back resort meant I missed out on some promised amenities.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, perfect location.

The hotel's lush gardens and beautiful pathways were good for leisurely strolls. The pools sparkled invitingly, and the serene environment made it a true haven.

More shaded seating areas around the pool would help.

Strongly recommend for a getaway

Comfortable king studio, convenient cooking facilities, and the nice beach on the hotel made our stay enjoyable and practical for a family with children.
